Was impossible and sticker came off in pieces. Then had to call 1800 number. I then downloaded software on brand new PC and was not able to access the Internet at all. I deleted the entire thing from PC. This was used as a free bonus with PC purchase. It's no good.

If you have lost internet connection after installing Webroot it generally means that there was a pre existing infection on the computer that when removed, caused the loss of connection.

Easy to install internet security

I was worried I'd have trouble installing this software, especially since my computer doesn't have a anywhere to insert the disk but I went online and was able to download it with no problem. My one complaint is the Keycode is located under a sticky tab that was VERY difficult to remove without damaging the numbers
