It works well but computer still gets a number of viruses. I know any antivirus program doesn't catch everything but for the recommendation I received for it, I would expect a little more from it. Have to get my computer checked every 3-4 months.

I have twice had to deal with a virus affecting my laptop. I purchased the 1 yr. protection, but when I returned the laptop to Geek Squad they sold me the 3 yr. protection in addition. still the laptop has failed due to virus infection. I just purchased the laptop in Jan. 2016.
