Computer got a search engine redirect virus after using it for less than an hour. We had to bring it back to the store to be worked on where they found over 25 more viruses. We have started all over with webroot and hope it protects this time.

It was a free item with my recent purchase of a new computer, and I did not know it was just a one year free subscription or I would have left it to be given to someone else. When I list "no" regarding whether I would recommend this product, it is only because there is no "N/A".
