Webroot is unlike any other Antivirus on the market, especially the free ones.
We use a cloud based architecture to provide threat intelligence and there is no large definitions file that needs to be regularly updated. We are also the fastest and lightest antivirus on the market by a long shot. We offer free support for all of our products and if you ever do get infected while using Webroot, we will take care of that as well.
