It is rare for Webroot to allow malware on to your system. Generally this issue is related to a Potentially Unwanted Application that causes ads and is not malicious.

Overzealous on some sites

I suppose it does a very good job. My complaint is... it seems to "over protect" at times on certain non juvenile sites, to the point where you just give up. I've taken my computer into The Geek Squad twice - and so far - with no satisfaction.

Contacted DELL SUPPORT, got the biggest run-around ever. "IT WAS ALL MY FAULT FOR A DEFECTIVE CHARGER". After about two hours on the phone, I had enough. Ordered a charger thru Amazon.... Problem resolved. Then Dell decided to finally be helpfull ?????
