When this happens there are a few different options to recover your keycode. You can contact Best Buy directly at 1-800-433-5778, you can contact us via phone or ticket at 1-866-612-4268 and https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp, or you can email me at communitysupport@webroot.com and I am sure I can locate the keycode for you.
