I got it "cleaned" by geek squad using malwarebytes software. They found over 900 viruses. I tried to reduce my subscription time purchased for webroot but am now stuck with it for a year. Basically this product didn't do the job.

Any time that you have a threat related issue you can contact our support team and we can remote in and resolve the issue for you completely free of charge. Malwarebytes and Webroot have different detection criteria. This means that Malwarebytes may detect something as a threat that we do not and vice versa. These programs are generally Potentially Unwanted Applications and are not malicious, just very annoying and cause popups. Free support is part of your subscription with Webroot.
