I continue to get spam and junk mail

I had Bestbuy check my computer telling me there were no viruses but continue to have this problem.

Webroot is not a spam-blocker, nor does it filter your junk mail.
That is the responsibility of your email provider and also your responsibility to remain vigilant and safeguard who you give your email address to.
We would advise contacting your ISP or Email Service Provider and asking for assistance.
