Shortly after I received a code via email from Best Buy. I followed the instructions which prompted me to set up a Webroot account and download an application from Google store. Once downloaded it prompts you to enter the product code from the box. The code is rubbish and cannot be recognized by the app. I tried for an hour. I ended up downloading another Webroot app from Google which prompted me to enter a code (if I had one). I did but my code only gives me limited benifits. I reviewed the app on Google as junk and received a reply promting me to call their tech department. No thanks. This product is rubbish and I wasted enough of my time.
