    I initially installed webroot as instructed by geek squad. the mcafee application came with the computer as a free 30 day trial. So I installed the mcafee program and was informed during the install that I had to remove the existing virus protection program in order for mcafee to work. So I removed the webroot program and continued with the mcafee install. I kept it for the 30 days and then switched back to webroot. geek squad should inform customer of this potential conflict.
