I purchased a Toshiba Satellite Radius laptop from Best Buy. I found that when I installed Webroot it would crash the computer. Windows (10) would inform me that it was trying to recover the system but never could. I thought the issue was specific to the one Toshiba laptop I had purchased so I exchanged that computer and for an identical one. And again, not doing one other thing than uninstalling McAfee that came pre-installed and then installing Webroot, the 2nd computer crashed in exactly the same way. I brought that Toshiba back and upgraded to a third Toshiba and wouldn't you know on the third attempt it crashed again. I chose to do a manual restore of Windows 10 and this time I didn't install Webroot. The computer has been working flawlessly since. It seems odd that Webroot would have some incompatibility with either Toshiba and/or Windows 10 but there is not one bit of doubt that there is a conflict. I did a bit of online research and found two other nearly identical complaints so be careful. I was a prior user of Webroot on my old Toshiba so I'm bummed I can't use it now... I give it two stars because I know it is otherwise a good virus protection program. Just not on any of the Toshiba Satellite Radius devices with Windows 10.
