I had not heard of webroot before purchasing my iMac from Best Buy. It works seemlessly in the background protecting my computer. My IT support has said that it is what they use. I like that I don't get pop-up screens interrupting my work to ask if I want to continue scanning. That in itself makes it a good choice.

I like the peace of mind of having this product on my computer. It is easy to use and does not cause conflicts with other programs. I have always used AGV free and I like this much better as it automatically updates.

Having worked in the IT field for almost 30 years I've been wary of using different anti-virus programs. This came with my AIO purchase but I've always been happy with MSE and malwarebytes to protect my computers. After doing quite a bit of research I now understand why it's rated so highly. It's a very small footprint and while it's running, you barely notice it's there. I am a new convert to Webroot and will continue to use this for all my computers.

I received this free with the purchase of a computer. It worked good but I cannot say if it is better or worse than other like programs. The version expired and I never renewed it and instead used other free protection programs available for download online.

I had a lot of different anti viruses. This one I had before but would not pay the price they wanted for it. I got a free one year subscription with my purchase. It only prompts when there is a detection. I know my computer is protected and don't have to worry about a warning every time I try to do something.
