This was a complimentary gift that Best Buy gave me with my purchase of my Apple MacBook Air. I am so pleased. I didn't anticipate using it, but I'm so glad I did. It notifies me often if there is a threat of malware or something that could cause a disaster to my laptop. Plus, it works quickly to quarantine files before your entire computer gets infected. So glad I received this product after all!

One of the reasons I decided to switch to webroot from Norton which I have used for years is because of how light the client is. The Norton client has gotten so large and resource intensive behind the scenes I was noticing it affect performance at times. With Webroot it is cloud based so it is less resource intensive. Haven't had any issues yet and no infections so it must be doing its job.

I haven't had any problems. And I don't feel like it gets in my way or clogs things up.

It seems good. The only problem I have with it is that the notice of it working it gives you is super quick so if you miss the first second of the home screen than you won't know if it's actually working or if a hackers showing the symbol as a decoy to make you feel safe:(

I got this in conjunction with the burst buy online support. Had them set everything up on my laptop. I tried it on my iPhone with no luck. I tried setup on my laptop by myself and it didn't work. It was not a seamless install but the best buy team had it fixed in a few minutes

Purchased this for the warranty it adds to the device. You can't beat it for the price

This laser jet printer was perfect for my limited needs. It is reliable and produces very high quality prints. The personnel at Best Buy were very helpful in recommending it. When the price was reduced Best Buy was also helpful and cheerful in crediting me for the difference.

Not bad, I have it for a month and I got it for free, but it's not bad and not so good, we'll I haven't used my laptop that much yet, so... I may recommend it tho cause it's easy to install and it's good for a start!

I will never buy another computer without this security from Best Buy.
