My grandson (6) always plays on my pcs, but this time he came upset that he could not play his game. He had gotten something that I later discovered was a (Ransom Virus) A friend of mine attempted to repair my pc and it just got worse. I took it to Best Buy they installed the (WebRoot) and it has been working perfectly ever since. I even installed it on my other pc and great results.

Very good security for the price, but no matter what anti-viral software you buy if you are not using your head, you are likely to end up picking up something like malware that is harmful to your computer. Talk with Best Buy techs about how to keep your computer secure.

No issues till now, works fine. Got it for free, with the purchase of a computer.

This product was 'thrown in' as a bonus when I purchased my Mac. It is easy to install, and so far haven't had any issues with it working or limiting any other programs.

The installation of this program was simple. The protection of the program extends across entire computer. The pop up for protection when surfing the internet is very helpful.

I was told by so many people that I didn't really need antivirus software for my new iMac. I had McAfee on my PC and was super careful about email attachments, etc. Still lost everything and McAfee didn't pick up that anything was wrong. I didn't want to run the risk of that happening again with my new Mac. Webroot was recommended by the BestBuy Geek that helped me. So far, I'm satisfied.

Webroot came free with the purchase of my new laptop. I have been a Norton user for years. I have only used webroot now for a couple of months and it has been adequate so far. It takes up much less computing power than Norton did and thus, is much faster processing updates and scanning files. I reserve final judgement though after more time has passed to prove itself, but I like it so far!

No need to worry, the software is great, and its cleared up any attempted attacks.

Easy to install and seems to be working fine. I installed it on my MacBook Pro.

Webroot security gets it all right, for the most part. It cover all the bases, malware, spyware, phishing and picks up on dangerous web sites. But it is a bit difficult to get through at times. I am still working through the details while being thoroughly PROCTECTED.

Works perfectly in the background, and doesn't take up a lot of space/memory.
