The set up online was pretty since and so far it's been protecting everything as said it would. I really like that I can also cover my other laptop with the same subscription.

easy to install

The product was really easy to install. I have not had any problems with viruses and it seems to protect my computer from any thing that is not suppose to be on the product.

Some junk mail and pop ups do get through but definately better than anything pre-installed that is most likely adware/spyware itself.
