so far it works better than mcafee. i have no idea when it does update , all i know is the computers can be used all the time and it dose not matter how many we have on it.

I'm not used to only Norton security so this is taking some getting used to but so far so good. I'm avidly online and downloading and haven't run into any problems yet!

I bought my first computer; all previous provided by employer or customer. The transaction was easy and the Geek Squad very helpful in transferring data from an ancient and failing computer. I have been very satisfied with the computer and service provided by Best Buy.

Easy to do, except for getting the code. Instead of putting it inside the box, you have to try and peel it off the box. Mine tore , but was easily found with one phone call.

Ive used Webroot for last few years and am still surprised about how their program is amazing at keeping me aware of the virus and ware programs that could harm my computers

Very in the background program. It is always working to keep the system clean, and very easy to work with. Doesn't slow the computer down like other programs like Norton, Kaspersky, MacAfee, AVG, Avast, and other famous anti-virus. The product is worth it, and i wish it was a little more cheaper, but its worth it. It keep malware, sypware, and viruses out.

I like the fact that this Antivirus software just works and down not appear to impact the computer's performance. Loaded quickly and works in the background with no drama.

Antivirus software that works discretely in the background. Only had a false positive so far with an obscure program that I needed for my study, and it was quickly resolved.

This was installed on my laptop after Geek Squad service. I reinstalled my previous security because, after some research, I learned that the basic version did not provide the best protection, as my original security. Webroot is rated well by Geek Squad, but I recommend paying more and getting the upgraded version for the best protection. In these time, basic protection is not enough, so you get what you pay for with security. If you value your computer and data protection, get the version with the most features.

Well most antivirus and security software just does what it supposed to do without much fuss so it's hard to evaluate this one, for the record it hasn't caused any problems.

I love having such a range of options to work with. Being a on-line student I have time to get fancy with font, power points and have fun doing so. This is a great investment added to my Surface Pro and convenient to add to other laptops or computers at home. Awesome

The one thing I like the most is that it gives me the straight up information as soon as I turn on my computer and never really bothers me during my computer session. The online uses like turning off an affected computer without being on said computer is pretty cool.

This is a great product. Was running McAfee and it was really slowing down the system. You can hardly tell it is running and does not seem to effect the computers performance.

I am very thankful that B EST Buy representative recommended this when I brought in Mt desktop for a cleaniut. I no longer have freeze-ups and it catches numerous viruses

first time user, actually really like the product. easy access to your web console, easy configuration and easy to read processes. not too graphical and hasn't failed me yet.
