Had the Geek Squad install on my new purchase and it automatically went to work. In the first week alone it found multiple malware trying to access the machine. Without this software, I don't believe these would have been detected.

I had to buy a new Computer and a new printer with in just a few months of one another. I had another virus protection product that was supposed to be "top of the line" but my computer had major viruses in just a few months. I thought I was covered.so I didn't buy the protection from Best Buy. I won't make that mistake again! The folks from the Geek Squad had it all sorted out in just a couple of days. I feel like I am definitely covered now. If I have a problem now I can call someone locally and know that it will be fixed locally.

I don't much about anti-viruses, but they guy at Best Buy advised it was best to purchase one, so I did. I don't do anything with it on my computer, I suppose it's working just fine!! But, I have not had any performance issues.

Amazing up to date PC and Mac protection. The scans are fast so they do not bog down your system, Also has an online password management program.

I have experienced many security softwares in the twenty years I've used the internet. This is by far the easiest and most secure that I've used.

Have installed it yet but interested in how this works. I'm not a big fan of any kind of spyware or antivirus but the reviews look promising

Somehow Webroot on-line should recognize that I renewed my subscription with an in-store purchase - just not on-line. They think I've terminated.

Installed on my new computer and it is working great and have not had any viruses or issues with the computer. This program was recommended by the sales associate and the Geek Squad and does everything it is supposed to do.

It's seems ok. Got it with a computer I purchased from Best Buy. They told me it was a year subscription. And it's only 6 months worth... :-/

So far I am happy with WebRoot Security. I was used to storing my passwords on my old anti-virus but am getting used to having to look them up.

Great value for the buck. Easy to install on multiple devices. Would buy again.

Geek Tech was curteous knowledgeable friendly and very attuned to our needs with the problem we needed help with. Quickly completed the task requested. Called with update about encountered problem and suggested viable alternatives.

My first caution was will it work with other installs, the answer is yes it can however there are a few programs that it affects. All good now.

This came with the purchase of my laptop. I know it helps have my laptop secure and I like that bestbuy offers this product when you buy a laptop.

This product is good and quite happy with it when using on MAC. the other side of this is, I cannot use it on iPhone since does not support it.

Webroot was given to me when I purchased my Asus tablet. I didn't install it because my company already has their own antivirus software. I have though used Webroot before and it works great, small footprint. I would recommend it.

this is a bug catching program glad it came with the computer . hate people who make those virus anyway

I had just renewed my subscription on an older laptop and got a 2-year free subscription with my new one. Sent an email to webroot and got an immediate refund. Have had webroot for several years and it really protects my computers.

Cannot recommend product yet. Certainly less expensive than Norton (which I purchased for many years) but time will tell if it protects as well.

We are very happy with our new DELL desktop. It does everything we need it to. The customer service was AWSOME. I can't remember they kids name but he was very helpful with our purchase and answered all of my questions. THANK YOU.
