It does its job. Sometimes it won't catch everything however, and will have to download another malware product to clean instead

My biggest gripe with all virus protection people WAS that they didn't tell me who they stopped without techie terms. Hello we're all not computer geniuses. This one took care of that and it scans extremely fast.

This protection software was part of the special that was run for a laptop I purchased. It seems to be working just fine.

First time using it, doesn't seem to slow my laptop don't like the one pre installed.

I have used other products and this one webroot has kept my computer weary free. With this purchase you can protect up you three other devices. My tablet, which is used by users has been free of virus and . Infected tablet has been a problem in the past. Webroot keeps the Mac and tablet up and running for work and play.

This software does the job to protect you while on the internet, but do not treat this as an antivirus. It can only help in allowing safe surfing and other internet-related uses, but should not be treated as protection from viruses. Use this product if you are someone who uses the internet for normal tasks such as reading news, email, etc. Would not recommend if you are someone who downloads/uploads.

my computer was hacked so I joined the Geek Squad technical support program. very impressed. For $200 I was able to get three computers checked, cleared etc. and they installed webroot. haven't had it long but so far so good. like the technical support program, had to take one of the computers in for another issue and there was no charge.

A really great tool to own, we just renewed our subscription for the second year. We have had no computer issues since installing it on our home computers, and that is with 5 children using them constantly.

This security system is new to me, but it is working very well. I was using another type on my other computer called MacAfee. This Webroot Security program is certainly equal to the MacAfee program if not better.

All software to include Windows, all internet security software, Miscrosft 8.1, etc, was suppose to have been installed by Greek Squad. Apparentely above software has not been installed because I keep getting messages to install additional software, updates, etc. I have been to Geek Squad 3 times in the past 45 days. I will try again when I am medically able to go to the store( just had open heart surgery).

This program is a great virus program. It is very easy to use

I have tried other leading brands, over all. This product work as well as others, if you have all the right setting in places.

It seems to work fine. After you install it, renew it through the website, do not go to the store or they charge you more!

So far so good because I haven't detected any problems and computer seems to be protected. Recommended By Best Buy staff.

No worries with this security.Warns about infected websites before you visit them,helps counteract malware on social sites, keeps my passwords, and runs all the time in the background to keep my laptop safe.

I am eager to use this software and if I have problems there is support available.

Great product. It doesn't make my computer lag when I start it up. Most of the others I have tried slow the computer way down
