I uninstalled Norton and installed Webroot due to lag that Norton caused. Webroot works in the background without causing lag. The computers performance works twice as fast with Webroot verses Norton.

While the software is great its only as good as you are with your computer habits. IT does a good job stopping threats.

Does a decent job without noticeably slowing down my computer. There are other products out there that may be a better value.

We haven't had any problems yet. Buying the IMAC was a mistake. Hopefully this software will prevent any future problems.

Webroot definitely stays on top of internet security issues. I haven't had any problems with viruses, it constantly updates to include new security threats, and i like how webroot keeps me informed.

this came with an iMac, but not sure whether this needed for macs, may be more useful for people using Microsoft products!!

I needed some electronics inspected for an insurance claim. It was suggested I get the Geek Squad. It worked great for that and they cleaned up my laptop and made it work better. Well worth the price.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well Webroot performed! I normally use the free version of one of the paid anti-virus software makers, but I think Webroot is going to be protecting my PC for a while!

used McAfee for years, had major problems trying to renew service from them online. Ended up being double billed and still unable to download security protection. Purchased Webroot software CD at best buy store and installed without difficulty. Seems to be working without incident and has prevented problems, so far.

I got this FREE with a purchase of a new macbook air from best buy and since then i installed it on my macbook air and also on the pro and it works like magic very fast installation... works great!!!!

Actually did not install on Mac had Eset program already installed and paid for with a two year subscription but will use it on my Windows 7 Samsung Laptop. Just Haven't had time to install product.

I got this for free with a laptop. I had used McAfee, but this seems faster and uses less resources. Will keep this one.
