I have used Web root for about 6 years, have never had a problem and the support people are very helpful.

Was easy to download software from the website. No problems with the download or install. Greta protection for the price with the computer. Great function and extras to keep you safe

The program has really helped to speed up our computer. It was also helped to block viruses on our computer.

It works great and when it notifies you of anything it is understandable & not some long numbers and scary words. It also doesn't constantly interrupt while you are using your computer.

I have had the Webroot on some of my older laptops without issue. This came with the new purchase so I feel confident it will do its job. And if not, there is always Geek Squad ;-)

I've had webroot for several years on all of our computers and have never had any problems w/ threats. I also like the email updates they send, they have interesting facts & info.

The Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security (3 device) (1 year subscription) - Mac/Windows is a great product. This is my second year that I am using it and find it a remarkable product.

Just as good as the Norton that I have on my desk top or the MacAfee that I have on my laptop. And cheaper

Easy install, nice clean up features if used on older PCs, and seems to work flawlessly in the background.

The protection software was simple and easy to install; which is great for me as I am not tech savvy at all.

Only used this once so far. Cleaned up home computer somewhat and also cleaned up and reset grandson's laptop.

After computer was infected recently, this antiviral fighter stopped the bad guys from getting too far. This program and the Geek Squad did an outstanding job of restoring "normality".

The webroot is good but it would have been great if I was given a year worth of coverage instead of months.

Geek squad was very helpful in cleaning out numerous viruses in my computer.....My only issue......not enough help at the desk....waiting in line numerous times for over 40 minutes......

Was just installed so have not had time to do much checking on it but have had it before and worked well.

Awesome virus protection will not use another if webroot thinks its not safe it wont open it but it still gives you the option and will then clean up your mess if you do get a virus
