Love the sense that I am protected against harmful, predatory programs no matter what I am doing on my system.

I am A Norton 360 user for years but this came free with my new laptop so I gave it A try. Well so far I love it, it is so simple and I have had no problems yet which I used to have A lot of issues with Norton. So far so good as it looks now I will probably stick with Web Root in the future.

Software was free with the purchase of my new laptop. Seems okay so far.

The software is good and works fine, however in Google Chrome you will loose the visibility that you have in IE8.

I have never used this product before i am hoping it does a even better job then the leading virus progeams

I did not install the webroot yet. I don't think it should be a cost. Especailly if you can use your other one

The only issue I have found with this laptop is that it sometimes gets ghost touches, but they do not last.

had trouble reading the numbers on box, but once I called, they took it from there. Customer Service is GREAT.

I feel very confident in knowing that my laptop is protected by Webroot. Although my laptop did not come with a CD/DVD drive the installation via the internet was very easy and fast.

I wasn't aware Best Buy had a online purchase available for printer ink. I was very happy to discover this and especially the speedy delivery, also the free shipping was a Big Plus

I purchased a computer from Best in January 2014 and 6 months later I had a lot of viruses, shows I don't know much about computers, But I took it back to best buy and they recommend I get webroot and ever since I got it, It's been working a lot better my computer is better and faster compare to what it was.

Awesome program from home computer. I had it for three years and been great to me so far. No viruses on none of my computers at home I will recommend it to a friend. Great product.

Replaced norton with webroot anti virus. It has made my computer much faster booting and operating. Seems to work behind the scene with almost no effort compared to how Norton worked.

This by far is one of the better antivirus programs out there. I cleaned to other computers that I thought were safe. It not only cleaned them but got them back to speed of almost new.
