WebRoot provides messages prompting secure browser for entering passwords or important personal information. It also asks when it detects a potential threat when I'm downloading software or attachments from email, allowing me to decide whether I want to proceed. Yes, this is an extra step, but I like the security.

purchased this for my mother since she's always having troubles with her surface pro when she browse through the internet. i wouldn't want to put the blame on this software but she still is getting malware some how while surfing the web. i even factory reset/boot her tablet and cleaned everything out before installing this software prior to her still getting malware.

Good reliable protection against viruses and malware. Came with computer purchase so price wasn't an issue. I'm not sure what the full rate or subscription would cost for a year. I do know that it alerts to the presence of un wanted programs or those harmful to your computer or network.

I got this software with my recent PC purchase, it does what you would expect it to do, search for viruses.

I had this product before and let it expire.I tried a different virus protection and was unhappy with it. Went back to Webroot for the best protection and great customer service.

This product does make you feel safe while using the devices. It is a transparent item and you will not know you are using it unless something bad happens but that feels great.

Everything has run rather smoothly. Not sure if I really need it as I've been told it's really hard to get a virus on a Mac but I figured I would try it out. I have no complaints.

I purchased Webroot at the suggestion of the Geek Squad agent, and I have been very pleased with the software. I appreciate the help with the selection given me by the Geek Squad.

Makes me feel safer while surfing online and paying bills or if I let my sister borrow my computer...it's a must nowadays. I paid a lot for my iMac and I'd like to keep it safe

Works good but the other anti is still trying to work. They need to make the old software stop working.

I have not had a problem with this product since I installed it. It was easy to install and it works great!

I put this program on my surface pro and it has been working like a charm. A Trojan tried attaching it's self to my tablet but nope! tried it was stopped dead in it's tracks.

Easy to install but dose not fix all problems if you already have a virus

The box says it comes with free PC Mover... It was not anywhere to be found and when I called the customer service they had no clue and were not able to help. The only way to transfer a lot of files on Windows 10/new pc's is with PCMover. I ended up purchasing it online... I downloaded this software it because it was free. No problems with it so far.

It has been good, I have only had for a couple of months so have had no issues out of it. Once it learns you has light foot print and is not always asking you repetitive questions

Have been using Micro Trend, but Web Root was given to e by the retailer upon purchase. Turns out I like Web Root, and may make it my exclusive anti-virus software in the future.

webroot is a really good antivirus protecction for internet... I would definitely recommend getting one...

The Geek Squad installed it on my laptop during repair. I easily installed it on my desktop. The program runs in the background with no problems so far. Have not used it but 2 weeks.
