I have used this for over a year with no problems. My other software allowed a number of viruses in.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ON THIS. I HAVE IT AS A GIFT WHEN I BOUGHT MY MAC. IT SEEMS TO RUN AND WORK GOOD. NO VIRUSES OF ANY KIND ON MY MAC YET. SO I GUESS IT DOES A GOOD JOB.

It seems to be a good security program, but I thought best buy supported kaspersky? Why the change?

What you would expect, seems to get the job done, easy to use

I have used Webroot for PC for years. The Mac version is probably just as good, but if you keep good Mac hygiene, and only download from the app store or very trusted sources, and keep your security set high so you don't accidentally download an app, you really don't need a third party software. Mac viruses can happen, but it is relatively rare.

Not Highly Rated by companies that rate these products but so far appears to be handling the job.

I'm not as computer literate as should be. I was getting attacked on all sides and now I'm protected from all forms of invasion. My tablets processor works better than ever!

seems to be working as designed; I have to search for it to check it; should have an icon installed?

It does what it is suppose to do but I think need a little better.

They were purchased has gifts. So far they have no complaints. That's a good thing. Thanks Best Buy

Not the best out there but came free with computer to use for a short time. Won't renew though.

This came standard with my laptop purchase. It seems to work fine and I'm glad it is user friendly

I used it only for a year. It is good software. I used AVG free versions. This one works for me.

this software was easy to install and no annoying popup meassages

I did the laptop and had a geek squad put it on my system over the internet. It worked great, the technicians were wonderful, answered all my questions, installed the product easily, took off the other ones on my laptop and gave me a finished, cleaned up safe computer. I've already had several virus type bugs show up, and we root took care of them immediately. It also stopped me from going to insecure sites. I'm very pleased.

This came free with a bundle purchase of my MacBook. I haven't installed yet because everyone says Macs don't need it. I've used it on other windows computers and it does a pretty good job. Nothing seems to stop all virus/spyware on windows computers :( we will se about Mac!

It cleans and will check entire laptop if it has any malware or anything. It lets you know while youre browsing if the site is safe or not which is great! Good product.

When geek squad recommended this product I was unsure how it worked but trusted them and I am glad I did. I have not had any problems so far, and am not anticipating I will

It was not clearly communicated to me what was needed to do the repairs. Thus repairs were delayed.

Haven't gotten a virus yet, but also doesn't interfere with working on the computer like mccafe
