It was not clearly communicated to me what was needed to do the repairs. Thus repairs were delayed.

The software was fairly easy to install after figuring out where to get the program from. The disc included was not for the security installation so it took a bit of guesswork to get to the correct web site to obtain the software. Would recommend an insert with the web address so that the consumer does not have to guess or search around for it.

This is something that should be used for securing one's info and the Geek team even installed it.

This is the only product for security that I have ever used that allows you to protect your investment and run in the background without interrupting normal computer use.

I love how fast Webroot is and it stays in the background doing it's job. I have had security programs that bog my computer down and are front and center much of the time.

I've used many types of protection software in the past this one is alright but I do prefer others

I did the laptop and had a geek squad put it on my system over the internet. It worked great, the technicians were wonderful, answered all my questions, installed the product easily, took off the other ones on my laptop and gave me a finished, cleaned up safe computer. I've already had several virus type bugs show up, and we root took care of them immediately. It also stopped me from going to insecure sites. I'm very pleased.

I've used Webroot for 3 years now. It has kept my computers safe and works continuously without interrupting my activity I am glad to have it on my new computer too.

so far so good. However, I haven't installed it on my Mac yet, but it is installed on my other computer and when that computer isn't deleting it then it works great.

Came with th laptop I purchased 6 months free . I tried it and really enjoy how it is Layed out and gets the job. Done . Will be renewing subscription after 6 months

I got this free with my HP spectre x360, and it's perfect for this machine. It's much leaner than Norton and other security programs, but does everything I need it to.

I think the processor is good enough to sustain a pretty decent student work. I don't need to watch movies very often or to play games. So far, it has been what I expected.

It was easy to install, I actually got a laptop with a DVD drive on it, which is the way I prefer to install software. Not sure how hard it would have been to install otherwise. So far, it seems to be doing what it is intended to do. I had Webroot years ago and so I know it is a good product.
