    I used the Norton package that was installed for the 30 day trial. I tried to download the Webroot program on the 30th day. It shows that it's been downloaded, but my attempts to "activate" it by the email link seem to just go on and on and on and ... way beyond "a few seconds." I really don't know if it's working or not, nor how to find out.

    I had a difficulty trying to install an AV. I called the GEEK SQUAD, got set up easily, purchased my product, used a trial version until it came in the mail and I installed it myself. Don't know what else to say! If I can do it, it must be easy and if it's easy, it's a great product!!!
