This came free with my new computer which was nice and is a good start to protecting my PC.

We were recommended to purchase this security software over the other name brands we have had in the past. So far we have not had any malicious threats or viruses.

Webroot makes a good antivirus but I prefer Viper or Avg. Nether less still great product.

I actually hadn't heard or used this until a recent purchase from Bestbuy, the salesman recommended over Norton 360, it works very well. Thumbs up sales rep !

Took my laptop in for clean up. was really slow. Geek Squad fixed my speed & installed program. my system hasn't worked this well since I bought my laptop new.

I've had a subscription to Norton for 5 years and so and the salesman encouraged me to buy this when I bought a new laptop. Took a chance and was very pleased with the performance. My mom's computer was full of viruses and we put it on there and it cleaned it up. Works fine now.

I bought this with my surface. I also bought the GEEK Squad warranty and paid for them to set my computer up to include Web Root. GEEK Squad didn't set up my computer with Web Root or anything else. I would get as much information about the product as you can before you buy and make sure GEEK Squad does what they say they are going to do.

I have never used Webroot before - Trying this out since my daughter received a Mac Laptop

Webroot is better than Kaspersky which seems to block items even when we change the settings.
