Had my PC in for a problem, Geek Squad fixed it ok. Had them uninstall McAfee and put it on WEBROOT. They said it would work on my 2 mac's as well. So I bought the 3 year coverage. But when I tried to load it on my macs it would not work. Why? because it only works on Mac osx version 10.7 or above. Mine is 10.6.8. I guess i should of done there work a little better. I asked the guy at the desk if it would work on macs, and he said, "It should work" I said I don't want to know if it should work. I want to know if it will in fact work, and he said yes it would. I guess I should have checked it myself. Need to train your people on the products you sell. If they don't know then get some one who does know. Its not that hard. I will need to buy a different Internet Security for my other 2 computers now, when I should not have to. Not very professional. I would recommend this product to anyone, but not the service I received from Best Buy.

This is a great internet security program that works for your PC, tablet, or phone.

I got this as a gift for buying a PC, so I really like it, it does the job ....

So far so good. Was fast and easy to install. Not overwhelming and no pop ups

I have only had this program for a short time, but it appears to be working well.

I came to Best Buy with major problems with my computer and left with my computer working like new from the geek squad and the software they installed

I already have web security but this was a nice extra that came with my new laptop

Seems to cover all forms of threats, doesn't seem to slow the computer speed.

Although it's only a 1 year subscription, it still comes in handy to do all the necessary functions to prevent malware and spyware. Great software.

When I bought the product I was dropping my laptop off for Geek Squad to do a tune up, etc. I was supposed to leave the Webroot with them to install and of course, I forgot. Rather than leave it with them any longer once it was ready for pick up I just did the install myself. Honestly, I believe a young child could do it themselves.....not a single problem and it has worked perfectly.

It is a good program, I think it can be better if more options are available.

This internet security program came with my laptop for free. Works great and was recommended for my notebook due to the limited hard drive space.

Secure virus software but could be stronger at detecting phishing and malware.

Amazing works well like advertised and no ads or pops all the time. Very simple to install and user friend when action is required amazing software.

IT IS GREAT FOR OFFICE AN HOME IT HAS HELPED ME WITH BUSINESS DOCUMENT AND REWRITE MY RESUME PROFESSIONALLY WITHOUT PAYING SOMEONE TO WRITE IT FOR ME
