I was told by the salesman that this was the best antivirus products ever created. Less than a month later my computer is infected. Customer service is impossible to reach.

Windows Defender comes with Windows machines nowadays, and there are a lot of competing products for added protection. But, I suppose you can't beat "free".

I fail to see any big improvement comparing to the free Microsoft anti-virus. If you aren't downloading and installing odd things, you don't really need this. But I guess if you do get a virus you will at least have this to protect you with.
