Provides great security. I feel better with this now that I have it

Unlike many other anti-virus products, WebRoot runs quietly in the background. Therefore, it does not disrupt whatever you are doing.

this program is very helpful in determining which websites are dangerous. it is a very helpful tool not to get infiltrated by viruses.

installation was very easy. the product does exactly what it should do.

The product allows users to quickly scan websites in order to choose safe sites and it also helps does a great job removing threats.

Web root was recommended by the Best Buy team at initial laptop purchase. I installed it without issue. Haven't had any issues since install on April 16th, 2016. The virus definitions are cloud based so it's always up to date. The only limitation is you need to be online for Webroot to be accessing those latest definitions. Not really a major problem. My only concern is that this limitation should be made more obvious to me. I asked and found out about it. Basically if you use a thumb drive while offline you are not scanning with the latest definitions. Doesn't happen much, but I like to know the limitations of what I use. It's scanning my whole computer in less than 1 minute. This is much faster than previous uses of Norton and McAfee. Granted I haven't put much on the laptop yet. But I do wonder how it's scanning so fast. It's hard to know if it's doing as good of a job as the competition, but time will tell.

The Geek Squad were able to fix whatever problem my computer was having and suggested Webroot for internet security. No problems so far

Never heard of it before I bought my computer but every thing seems to be in tip top shape

good laptop for the money. laptop included windows 10 so far so good

Not too sure how good it works yet but it's suppose to be a 1 year subscription but it's saying after it was installed that it's good for 6 months I think someone's has to make up for the other 6 months or they wil be giving money back

Haven't used this software. It came included with the 2 - 1 I bought.

So far I guess it's working good I guess I' find out otherwise if my computer crashes with a virus. I had to get a new computer because of a different brand of internet protection didn't protect (maybe not ever 100% protection) so far so good!

My computer is performing a lot better. I would recommend this product
