It came free with our surface book purchase, but so many of those security programs bog down the computer (plus, they are only good for 1 year?!) We the free Microsoft Security Essentials---works great.

Webroot is unlike any other Antivirus on the market. It is the fastest one available by a long shit. It is industry standard to pay for a subscription to an antivirus product, we offer ours free as a promotion to acclimate customers to the product.

I refused it on my PC, and just wanted to use the Microsoft Defender app instead. My son hasn't had any issues, so that is why I gave it a 5 Star rating. Besides ... Leo Laporte endorses this brand - so I figured it was good.

The Geek Squad at the Douglasville GA location is excellent . There was a young man that is in Computer Science at the University of West Georgia that gave excellent customer service . He was very helpful in downloading disk on the computer for me , that I was not able to install .
