    I had a different Anti-Virus program for several years that I had to scan and update on a regular basis - and then had a "bug" that caused Geek Squad to return my laptop to "factory settings'. YIKES! How was that working for me? Webroot works behind the scenes and I have had no problems since. Computer security is the LEAST thing I know about computers.

    The Best Buy sales associate was awesome. He was very attentive to my need to buy an awesome computer at a low price. He then told me about needing to secure my investment. This program lets me know when things are blocked. I feel comfortable using my computer for bill pay etc with all the extra security... Highly recommended!
