I was sold webroot at Best Buy, and I am glad they did. I find it does all the work for me and takes good care of my computer.

I got this for a Christmas gift so we have not opened it yet.

It was my understanding that Best Buy uses this software itself when the geek squad works on your computer. I had brought a laptop in for an upgrade and had them check and eliminate any virus they found. I have since loaded this product on both my widows based computer as well as my MAC computer. So far it works great.

I am Completely at the mercy of the Geek Squad. So far my computer is secure and I do not think about. I trust the Geek Squad.

I'm happy I bought this along with my laptop. I was able to put it on the one I bought as well as two other computers in my home.

The Asus laptop is doing everything I need done. Works fast.

For being a product I have never heard of, it seems to working great. I have had no issues with anything damaging my new laptop.

Installed on my wife's new computer and has been working fine.

I like this program it does what it needs to do at the scheduled time and doesn't interrupt me when I'm busy on the computer.

Not much to say except that it beats Norton all to pieces as far as being unobtrusive. It is great for the typical home user.

This protection works really well, it came with my package when I purchased my MacBook Air. So far it has worked great for me.

may renew after the trial period. can't tell how much better it is from other free programs but has worked well for me so far

This came with the purchase of an HP laptop and it was installed by the geek squad.

Called 4/12-was on phone from 4:30-7:30 pm. They dropped call and it was 30 minutes before I was able to reconnect with tech. Took care of most problems. Called again on 4/13-was on phone from 9-11 am. Continued to have same problems that was reason I first brought unit in for repair. Store Tech uninstalled McAfee when I first took cptr to store; installed Webroot. Original problems still exist (screen freezes and I have to restart cptr - which I was told was because of McAfee. I then called back @ 1pm-2:30pm; and most of the print problems are resolved (?). I am almost back to where I started by $199 in the hole. If I call Cox, they will try to sell me tech fees and/or McAfee again. What do I do? Geek staff were courteous and did their best to repair cptr.
