This product has worked great. Was able to install on more than just the device intended and has kept my computer virus free!!

This came with the purchase of an HP laptop and it was installed by the geek squad.

It was my understanding that Best Buy uses this software itself when the geek squad works on your computer. I had brought a laptop in for an upgrade and had them check and eliminate any virus they found. I have since loaded this product on both my widows based computer as well as my MAC computer. So far it works great.

Called 4/12-was on phone from 4:30-7:30 pm. They dropped call and it was 30 minutes before I was able to reconnect with tech. Took care of most problems. Called again on 4/13-was on phone from 9-11 am. Continued to have same problems that was reason I first brought unit in for repair. Store Tech uninstalled McAfee when I first took cptr to store; installed Webroot. Original problems still exist (screen freezes and I have to restart cptr - which I was told was because of McAfee. I then called back @ 1pm-2:30pm; and most of the print problems are resolved (?). I am almost back to where I started by $199 in the hole. If I call Cox, they will try to sell me tech fees and/or McAfee again. What do I do? Geek staff were courteous and did their best to repair cptr.

I got this free for the first year with the purchase of a laptop. Nice add and proactive versus reactive virus protection.

I love how it runs in the back ground and I don't have to worry about going to check all the time if we need to do a scan .

We use AVG most of the time but this works pretty good too

I have had this on my lap top for several years and really like it.

Software works fine. Not sure if it is better than the others.

Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security is a very good product.

It is way better than the anti virus that come with windows 8.1.

I never installed this, but is nice that they ( best buy) wants to make sure people have protection with there new computer

Webroot installed by best buy geek squad when my computer crashed do to multiple virus attacks. Since instillation no problems.

This came free with the purchase of my macbook. I had some trouble installing onto my computer because I got the retina display model which doesn't have a disk drive. Thats nothing against either product though. Otherwise, this makes me feel a lot safer about spending all of the money I did on my computer knowing that it has this protection.
