    Why does this come on a CD-ROM? Got it free with a surface pro 4 purchase. It comes on a CD-ROM. No cd rom drive on surface pro, so now I've got to do extra work of using another computer with a CD-ROM drive to get this up and running. Kind of a joke, right?

    The Best Buy Sales person and the Geek Squad representative assured me that WebRoot is the best in today's market. WebRoot was installed on my laptop on 9/19/2014. Since my email was hijacked from my home computer in 7/2014 a company named Advance Tech Support sold me PC MRI Anti-Malware to the tune of $499.00 and a $19.99 per month support fee, I am leery of any products and support groups. (This was not the first time I have been ripped off by "computer tech support folks). However, Best Buy/Geek Squad stores are available for personal one-on-one consultation. Beats the heck out of trying to understand someone over the phone and being "taken" by same. Can't speak for the product yet, but the Geek Squad is terrific. Very patient with me.
