The Geek squad and people in store very helpful and patient. Computer works great and faster. Most important, I feel safe now-viruses gone-after "cleaning" out my computer all my info. still intact.

You just need to suppress the toolbar if you don't want it but it would work well for a beginner to leave the toolbar.
