But, I do hate that it keeps putting a shortcut on my desktop every few days without my permission. That makes me worry what else might be flawed with this program.

Temporary passcode webroot assigned me will not work. Always a roadblock to overcome. Just need to invest much more time.

OK but misleading subscription
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I though I was getting a one year subscription but during the installation process the direction tell you that it is only good for 6 months (180 days). I check the package the disc came in cover to cover and read everything I could find. NO where on the package does it say anything about being only 180 day long subscription. Called Geek Squad to fix another problem and let them know. I was told I would get a call from someone to see if there was a misunderstanding on their part or mine, but I never got the call. For the price there are other programs out there that really are a one year subscription.
