    The progam works OK, but it is a serious pain in the side. I had to register which I did, and that part works fine on my desktop. It is when I attempt to login into it in my browser it ALWAYS tells me that it is an invalid e-mail address. It is very annoying.

    came free w/laptops purchased, I usually just use the built in windows stuff and do not usually need additional protection. Installed to test out service, it was alright, but had a noticeable difference in computer startup time, so ended up uninstalling it.

    Well now, I'm not exactly sure if I can really rate this product as I'm not sure if it really works. I have installed it and I guess it is working to keep out viruses but. I have only had this product less than two months and I have problems with the computer.

    Have had good performance from this anti-virus software with few problems, have only caught one virus in two years I have been using the software. Computer has not crashed during two year period.
