I have been using Webroot for less than a month, so far it's done all that the Geek Squad rep said it would.

My computer came with a free trial version of McAfee preloaded. I got Webroot as part of an incentive when I bought my computer, but I know if you install competing versions of virus software sometimes there are conflicts. So I waited and the day my McAfee free trial version ended is when Trovi dot com malwared me. Trovi takes away your homepage and ties to gather info. on sites you visit. . I downloaded Malware bytes which helped me in the past and it seemed to get rid of the problem. But then after I get a message from McAfee that I am no longer protected I see the same url address trying to get in again 94 dot 102 dot 63 dot 129 thru 94 dot 102 dot 63 dot 235. which belongs to some hackers in the Netherlands called Ecatel Ltd. They are the ones sending out this Trovi stuff. . I found their phone number 317-022-04015 and fax 317-022-0415 if anyone wants to do something about them. Anyway, once webroot was installed it found 7 files that Malware bytes did not and cleaned them. Apparently these Ecatel Ltd people were still trying to hack me. So thank you Webroot!

Great product, it doesn't use a ton of memory while running in the background. Very easy to install and use.

Has worked great so far much better then the ones I had on my PC and I don't have to do much to keep it up.

From what I've read Kaspersky is one of the most accurate but webroot uses the least amount of resources.

excellent software involving minimal knowledge- just install it and it's up and running, it does all the work.

We purchased a new laptop from Best Buy for out 16 year old son and know that any teenager down loads alot off the internet which can bring virus. The Best Buy employee highly suggested this brand

The product is a good product. I have not had any problems with it but have not really seen all the benefits yet either. I like that it is on the tablet and is protecting my purchase from malware, so it's all good.
