||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.brought my computer in for service they said hard drive dying so ask them to download my stuff off my computer to my external hard drive, then bought a new computer, and new hard drive for old one. didn't like new computer took back and ask all things of mine be put on old computer. NOTHING new was put on the external hard drive and they have screwed things up so bad I can only use my computer short intervals...........NO I will not go back in that store but I will do my best to steer people away from it and the geek squad. I feel the money I spent was a waste.

You are writing this review for Webroot Software, not Best Buy. We have nothing to do with the hard drive issues you are experiencing.
Geek Squad is a service offered through Best Buy, not Webroot.
If you have an issue such as this, it is best to file the complaint with them directly.
