Hard to tell for non it type person but easy to work with and Geek Squad did outstanding install and info.

It is a good software, worked for me in a dell laptop, found a couple of viruses that other did not.

My computer was not performing well and with the webroot secure and Geeksquad support - It is at 100% now.

its very good at protecting my laptop and u can use it on up to 3 computers and so far i had no viruses

Because of the number of threats online, a virus software is needed. I feel comfortable surfing the web now that I have this product. I am still cautious but more at ease that it is installed on my computer.

installed easily and seems to be working. Biggest complaint is wiped out all my stored passwords and now still trying to remember them as most sites it came up sutomatically for me before.

It's ok to monitor computer for viruses. We received it when we bought the geek squad plan to take care of our computers when and if we have issues. The plan is well worth the money.

Great to have on your device keeps threats and viruses out and lets you know when your device is infected

This Product came as a trial the HP laptop that I purchased from Best Buy. I've done a lot or research and checked online to see how webroot stacks up against the other protections products on the market, cnet and pcmag both give webroot very high marks. I have no immediate plans on using anything but webroot.

I love how light and powerful this is for security. Im sure I will be renewing my subscription next year.

So far so good. It was easy to install on my wife's Mac and seems to function well. I don't think she has picked up any new viruses. Not convinced it is as good as Norton but good value for the price.

Really liking this so far.. Shows website ratings in real-time, FREE 6 month protection with purchase of a computer, doesn't slow my PC down at all. Easy to use, lot's of customization options. GREAT.
