Yearly update of security software. Had problems in past years, but this time it was a breeze.

For a trial product, it works great and helps me secure my laptop against any kind of danger .

I'm really glad I chose the software, with so many to choose from I was concerned that I would be covered against anything. With some assistance I was able to select the software I thought would work best for my application. Thanks again Best Buy!

despite the reoccurring emails from best buy regarding the download of the product it is a good product for the price paid at time of purchasing my daughters new laptop. she has no complains as of yet.

Virus scanner came with the new computer, works great and scans quickly. So far no infections.

No virus or problems since purchased webroot. I have an HP laptop and was only using microsoft security essentials-didn't have any other virus protection and my husband was on Youtube and got the "crypto locker" ransom virus. We took it to the geek squad and they fixed it and recommended webroot.

I'm very comfortable with Webroot watching over my laptop. It doesn't slow my system down either!

When I purchased a new computer, I received a one-year free subscription for virus protection. There were a few different brand choices, including Webroot which could be installed on up to 3 computers. Since my husband already had Webroot on his computer, he likes it, and has no problems with it, I decided to go with Webroot, and he could switch to this subscription when his current subscription expires. However, he contacted Webroot customer service and was able to cancel his current subscription and switch to the free one-year subscription. We are saving money by not paying for two different virus protection programs. I will also install it on my old computer, which I am keeping to let my grandkids use to play video games. So far, I like the Webroot virus protection program. It gives me automatic periodic reviews, and I can check the status at any time. The annual cost is also very reasonable, and it covers all our computers.

I'm very happy with this product. It has met all my expectations on all my computer equipment.

So far I haven't seen any issues with this product slowing down my Mac Mini with the I5 processor.
