I told geek: "I want to save everything on my 'desktop' that includes my resumes and cv's" Oh, you have an ASUS laptop, so we can just save everything to the D drive before we wipe your computer and everything will be ok b/c ASUS is compartmentalized. AFTER ... my documents open up with tiny squares, instead of letters. Geeks only response is " well sir, you declined the backup of your computer." My response: I was told my files would be OK cuz ASUS is compartmentalized. Geeks response, same: you declined backup, I am sorry.... UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

This issue is unrelated to Webroot and should be taken up with the Geek Squad or Best Buy directly. We also offer a backup solution with our product that you can use for something such as this.
