    It was a free product, worked easy to download from CD; but seems like more issues with security than any other product I have used in the past. But it could be just the nature of the beast.

    Works great on my computer very useful. Easy to install. Online problem is i dont like the mobile version for my phone. Very controling over what you do with your phone.

    Web root has saved our laptop on occasions with possible viruses and malfunctioning issues. I purchased this for my in-laws to help clean up their laptop that had been unprotected for a long time. Web root drastically improved the performance and cleaned up hundreds of malware and viruses.
