Program came highly recommended by all BestBuy staff. Simple to use and works great.

It was nice of Best Buy to add the software for free when we purchased our new laptop, but there are also free versions of Internet Security that will also get the job done. So far it seems to be functioning as expected.

We are happy with Webroot internet security! So far so good! I highly recommend it!

Product had trouble installing on my Mac and functionally was limited. Seems to work well on Windows but it is to early to tell how well it protects. But, I will say that it did identify some potential threats on install.

The items worked but the support staff was great! That was the better selling point.

Works great and so much easier to download then other security software products.

MY SON BOUGHT ME THIS INTERNET SECURITY LAST YEAR WHEN HE PURCHASED MY COMPUTER. I USED IT THEN FOR A WHOLE YEAR, AND LIKED IT SO MUCH I DECIDED TO GET THE SAME INTERNET SECUTITY FOR THIS YEAR. HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT AT ALL. IT WAS EAST TO DOWNLOAD TOO.

best protection for his laptop and my computor better that any other plans out there

I just signed up for my free six month protection so not sure about it as of now.

I have 10 yr old grandson who downloads games and other from U-Tube, even though not approved to do so. I wanted protection that would block all malware and viruses. Webroot apparently allowed a malware to be downloaded, and the only way to get rid of it was to reset the computer to time before grandson used the computer. Could not get rid of it otherwise. My son is a Microsoft technician in Lincoln, NE,, and he found info about this malware and how to get rid of it on the Internet. He removed it through means of LogIn that he uses to help me. We were just surprised that Webroot allowed the malware to attach itself. Now I wonder!

Happy with Webroot. Does not seem to slow down performance or take up too much space
