Subsequently I found out that it was a six month trial and then a monthly cost. I would not have taken it even though it was free if I knew the subsequent cost. I am a Comcast customer and I get Norton free. Your managers need to explain and ask questions to determine the customers needs.

Posted .Norton will slow you down, but I understand your want to take a free security product. However, Webroot is more effective, efficient, faster, and updates automatically (keeps you protected in real-time because you don't have to wait for signature updates).

There were not very many directions and it walked you through the entire process. It automatically scans for you as indicated by webroot. In between scans it ensures protection also. It allows you to initiate scans in between scheduled scans.
