I really liked this security system because it included anti spyware and malware.

This antivirus software come bundled with the computer for free and it works ok

Received this product when I purchased my surface pro 4. Never heard of it before, but am pleasantly surprised at how well it protects my surface pro. Conducts scans on a regular basis and makes sure everything is up to date. Easy to install as well.

Have not had any problems between web root and my games including games on Steam.

I have had a good experience with the Webroot internet security. The software has an easy install and the layouts are easy to understand. The software has real time scanning options and many other features like malicious website block and etc. The update definitions are prompt and the antivirus is up to date with excellent customer support. I however observed that the antivirus blocks out some regularly used applications and softwares that are used in the computer and that makes use of the internet to update their settings. With few tweaks and optimizations from Webroot, I am sure this could be a good antivirus.

I bought this with my new computer system on the advice of the sales rep who seemed very knowledgeable to me. I installed it from CD with no problems. When I did have a question for support, my call was picked up quickly and I got the answer I needed right away.

This is my third year of purchasing this product and my household is satisfied!

I did not use this internet security. Best Buy employee talked me into buying it.

I love this antivirus and especially the triple (3) device in one subscription.

Overall I'm very happy with Webroot, which I got when I purchased a new computer at Best Buy. However, I noticed some keystrokes and shortcuts weren't working on the new computer, and was beginning to worry something was wrong... Turns out I need to turn off some of Webroot's security features ("Secure Keyboard Entry") because it blocks certain keyboard tools in Adobe applications. Easy workaround, but makes me uncomfortable that I have to turn off this part of my security to use my computer normally.

it works great. I still have to learn full control, but it does what I expected

Well the program was easy to install which is great and i love the fact that it can be installed on a multitude of devices for good sense of security. I have yet to really see its protection at work but it does notify me when changes are being made to my macbook.
