I waited and waited for someone to assist me in the store. I finally found someone to assist me. No customer service, what so ever. No thank you upon my purchase. I was considering installing this anti virus product but once I peeled the label off to access my keycode the label ripped and I was unable to read the number. I have since purchased Bitdefender. Bitdefender 1 Webroot 0.
