Have used a variety of internet security softwares in the past (Kaspersky, Trend Micro, Symantec) but feel Webroot does everything they do with less processor usage. Does a good job running in the background and notifying of any issues.

One thing I absolutely do not understand about this product is why your keycode for downloading purposes (very important!) is uncovered by peeling back a sticker. I nearly tore the thing apart along with the membership number. Yes, I should have written down the membership number first, but I didn't think it would be that hard. I actually did manage to figure my keycode myself since the sticker only peeled off the end two numbers/letters. Look this security system is fine, great even, Just be really careful when getting your keycode because you might rip it.

good usb I like the cap on it. colored coded & space to write info on it.

We kept having issues with our computer and it turned out that we had 11 viruses! We had McAffee but it obviously was doing us no good so we switched over when we brought our conputer to the Geek Squad. We have not had any troubles at all with Webroot.

This is a great Antivirus product I have it on every electronic in my home.

Got this at recommendation of Geek Squad to remove a Malware Problem. Did not help, but is OK as far as a virus program. No different than Kapersky that we got from Best Buy last time we bought a computer.

Since I needed virus, etc. protection from the beginning, the Geek Squad installed this program during initial set-up and check-out of my new computer.

I have used this for the last 3 years.....renewed for another 3 years!!!!

Actually I thought it was gonna be harder but it is like just plug and play
