I had to get a new office computer and this was recommended for me to use and so far I really like it and how often it up-dates adn I like that it will deep scan .

I purchased my Lenovo G50 laptop at the Best Buy location in Amarillo, Texas. I waited and waited for someone to assist me in the store. I finally found someone to assist me. No customer service, what so ever. No thank you upon my purchase. I was considering installing this anti virus product but once I peeled the label off to access my keycode the label ripped and I was unable to read the number. I have since purchased Bitdefender. Bitdefender 1 Webroot 0.

I selected this security product over my free trial McCaffee on the computer. It was simple to install and works very well in conjunction with the MS security software. I like it very much and the dialog box format works for me.

I really loved that it could be configured so many ways and loved the touch screen, but it locked up three times in 13 days and would not soft boot at all! Windows 8 was hard to get used to for sure!

I went into Best Buy after my computer had been compromised. I felt violated. The Geek Squad fixed my computer and recommended Webroot. I am much more comfortable with this added security, and I wish that I had it from the start.

Basically this security software came free with the purchase of an extended warranty on my laptop. Works great. Not a bunch of annoying pop ups.

I am assuming that Webroot is doing what it is meant to do. Having had it for only about 6 weeks, I can't really pronounce a final judgment, but so far, so good.
