    Was told this item was free but was charged at store. After installing on computer I still get pop ups for other anti virus notices like Norton. So I'm not sure why I had to have it.

    We received 6 month free of the security suite of our choice when we purchased a new computer for my Mom. I opted for Webroot because it has the lowest resource usage of all the suites I've used. The user interface is clean and easy to use. the only downside is that it did not fall into the top rated category when independently tested on the internet. The performance at stopping malware and viruses was acceptable but not the best. Still I prefer this product since it does not freeze or bog the computer down while it works in the background.
