    The laptops I purchased Webroot software for did not have a disk drive. Christmas morning after my husband and children opened their laptops, I turned them on for the first time and went to the Webroot/Geek Squad website to download the software. Immediately, as the software began loading, running, installing, etc. other things that looked like they were part of the installation process started showing up. Long story short, from the first time we turned on our computers to install antivirus software, we have been overloaded with malware.
